To protect your purchase through Australia Post, we are now offering their Extra Coverage service to our online orders.
The $5 charge will cover orders to the value of $300 on the off-chance there is an issue with the delivery of your package.
We strongly recommend that you add this feature to your delivery, as we will not be able to replace any package that does not have insurance.
All packages are sent with Australia Post tracking through their Registered Post. Without insurance, it will be the purchasers responsibility to follow-up any postage issues directly with Australia Post.
